Return Policy
Payment by Purchase Order
Payment by Purchase Order is reserved for Public and Private Schools Only. You may do this by choosing purchase order as your payment option at check out. You will then be required to type in a purchase order number or supply us with you activity fund name. We will process your order after a hard copy is received by mail or fax. If this is a problem due to time constraints and you are an established customer please contact management at 1-800-422-5757.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns must be within 15 days of receipt of your order. If the order is returned with no error on our part it is subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will not accept returns after 15 days. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Shoes can be returned within 15 days, with a 20% restocking fee, only if they have never been worn. If you receive the correct shoe size you ordered, and the shoe does not fit, you are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We are not responsible if the shoe does not fit properly.
Custom orders or any item that has been personalized with screen print, embroidery, tackle twill etc. is not returnable or exchangeable unless of course we find that the problem is due to a manufacturing defect.
Custom Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. All custom orders placed by credit card are charged when order is placed.
How to Return or Exchange Items
Please contact customerservice@eteamline and request a return with a reason. We will either contact you by phone or e-mail you back an RA#. Place the original packing list with the RA# on it and the reason for return in the box with the items you are returning. If you do not have the original packing list please put a note with the order #, RA# and reason for return inside the box. Please put the RA# on the outside of the box as well. Without this information our return department will have to refuse shipment.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the item(s) returned. At the time of credit you will receive conformation e-mail from us that your account has been credited. We only refund shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part.
Member Discounts
eTeamline supplies sporting goods and uniforms to schools, corporations and organized teams. There are many benefits to creating an account and becoming a member. You will be assigned to our discount program designed in appreciation of our team players. We have a team discount and a secure school discount. When you create your account you will be placed in the appropriate discount program. Each time you log in the site will remember your discount structure, previous quotes, previous orders, shipping and billing information. You will also be put in a drawing to receive a prize. Prizes are given away monthly to our customers.
eTeamline reserves the right to add or remove customers from our program at any time.
Tax Exempt
If you are from the state of Texas and you do not see your School or tax exempt Institution on the create account drop down list please download, print, and fax this tax exempt form to us at 817-232-3011. After we receive the signed form we will be happy to add your School/Institution to our list. New Tax Exempt Customers will be added to this list within 24 hours after we receive your faxed tax exempt form you may print here. Taxes will appear on your quotes and invoices until we receive your signed tax exempt form. Your account will be credited once we receive your signed tax exempt form. All tax exempt school purchases in the State of Texas must be shipped directly to the school or the school warehouse.
