RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At First Team Sports Center, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with your orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the item within 15 days. The item must be returned in original condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. After 15 days, please contact the manufacturer directly. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Specialist within 15 days of delivery. Please supply the Specialist with the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping. To return merchandise, please contact First Team Sports Center customer service. We do not ship internationally.
RETURNS
All customer returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of $10.00 or 20% of the total purchase price (shipping costs are non-refundable). Any and all returned product must first be given an authorization by First Team Sports Center. Any items returned without authorization will be refused upon delivery. To receive a return authorization, please contact First Team Sports Center customer service.
CREDIT
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
WARRANTY
Manufacturer's Warranties:
Items that are sold on our website come with a manufacturer's warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, contact the manufacturer directly.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship via UPS and FED-EX. There are several options available with each carrier. Use the online shipping calculator to determine estimated shipping costs. All orders are subject to additional costs dependant on actual freight charges. Oversized items are subject to additional freight charges. These charges will be determined at time of shipping. We make every effort to stock a full supply of the most popular products.
